La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this top-of-the-range refurbished villa with a lovely sunny terrace close to all amenities in Rivedoux-Plage.

Our 140m2 villa has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room/bathroom, to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

There's a lot to like about this one-of-a-kind villa!

Leave your car parked in the large free communal car park located 30 metres from the house and get around on foot or by bike! The magnificent market town of Rivedoux-Plage is just a few minutes' walk away and boasts one of the most popular bakeries on the Ile de Ré as well as a butcher's shop. Under the market halls, stalls selling fish, cheese, greengrocer's, etc. will delight holidaymakers.

The villa has private, secure parking spaces for your bicycles. The cycle paths are just a few dozen metres from the house and take you directly to the beaches of Rivedoux-Plage. The paths also provide easy access to the villages of La Flotte and Saint-Martin-de-Ré, as well as Sainte-Marie and Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré.

The awning is a real asset come rain or shine.

The heated swimming pool and unoverlooked terrace will ensure a peaceful stay.

The house is comfortable and has a large living/dining room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.

BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 private shower room.

BEDROOM 2: 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 private shower room.

FIRST FLOOR :

BEDROOM 3 MASTER: 1 double bed 190x200 and 1 bathroom and 1 separate private WC.

BEDROOM 4: 1 double bed 190x200 (or 2 single beds 80x200) and 1 private bathroom.

The house is non-smoking.

The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.

The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 29°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

Tourist tax is included.
