Description

In La Flotte, classified as one of the "most beautiful villages of France", the house is located close to the shops and the market (500 meters away) and close to the sea (350 meters away).

Everything can be done by walking! You can park two cars in the private and secure parking (by sliding gate) of the house and park your bicycles in the dedicated bicycle garage.

This lovely one level house has been refurbished, is functional and comfortable.

OUTSIDE

The house has a nice sunny terrace and access to the lane in a very quiet area.

Bedroom 1 composed of a double bed 140x200cm.

Bedroom 3 with a double bed 120x200cm (suitable for a teenager or two kids).

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bicycle and by foot or almost, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our little 30 km long island. Passionate about history, summer activities, food, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.

On your arrival, we will give you a welcome booklet with tips and advice on how to discover the Ile de Ré in the best conditions.

End of stay cleaning is included.

Rental and delivery of linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and in optional outside theses months).

The handing over of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included (during opening hours).

Tourist tax is not included.
