This beautiful new villa sleeps up to 7 people and is located in the heart of Rivedoux-Plage, in a peaceful setting close to the sea, market and shops.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The villa has private, secure parking in the grounds.
Close to cycle paths, the house is 500 metres from the sea.
The villa is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR:
Large, bright living room with sitting area and open kitchen.
Bedroom 1 MASTER: 1 double bed 160x200 and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: 1 single bed 90x200.
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds 90*200.
Shower room with WC.
Bedroom 4 INDEPENDENT ANNEXE: 1 double bed 160x200 and private shower room.
The annexe opens directly onto the swimming pool.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 28°C. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant holiday environment, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. With a passion for history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our house.
When you arrive, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!
The house is open to bookings from 5 days rental outside the summer period.
SERVICES INCLUDED :
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.
Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
