The house is comfortable and has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen area.

Private parking for 1 vehicle in front of the house and for 2 or 3 additional vehicles in the public parking lots nearby.

There is also a private and covered parking space for bicycles.

MAIN HOUSE

The living room is bright and open onto the landscaped garden.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed 160X200cm and a shower room.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed 160X200cm and a bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds and a bathroom.

ANNEX 1

Bedroom 4 has a double bed 160X200cm and a bathroom.

ANNEX 2

Room 5 has a double bed 160X200cm.

Bedroom 6 has two single beds (90cm) which can be combined to form a double bed (160X200cm).

A shower room and a separate toilet are served by a corridor between rooms 5 and 6.

OUTSIDE

The terrace sheltered from the wind and the enclosed garden covered with a lawn are very pleasant.

Garden furniture is available (tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol).

A table tennis table is also available.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Pets are not allowed.

SERVICES INCLUDED

End of stay cleaning is included.

Rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen is included in July and August (and in option outside theses months).

The handing over of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

The tourist tax is not included.
