The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room that opens onto the terrace and the pool.

Possibility of private and secure parking for 3 vehicles.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our little 30 km long island. Passionate about history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.

On your arrival we will give you a welcome guide with tips and advice to discover the Ile de Ré in the best conditions!

SERVICES INCLUDED :

The end of stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of linen for the beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and in option outside theses months).

The handing over of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

The tourist tax is not included.
