Our 10m2 villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
You can park 3 cars in the house's private, secure car park.
The magnificent market of Rivedoux-Plage is just a few minutes away by bike or on foot and has one of the most popular bakeries on the Ile de Ré as well as a butcher's and a fishmonger's shop. Under the covered market, the stalls of the cheese maker, greengrocer, etc., delight holidaymakers.
The villa has private, secure parking spaces for your bicycles. The cycle paths are just a few dozen metres from the house and take you directly to the beaches of Rivedoux-Plage. The paths also provide easy access to the villages of La Flotte and Saint-Martin-de-Ré, as well as Sainte-Marie and Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré.
The poolside awning is a real asset in case of rain or hot weather.
The heated swimming pool and unoverlooked terrace ensure a peaceful stay.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
