La Centrale de l'Île de Ré presents this sumptuous villa in the heart of Le Bois-Plage with heated swimming pool, offering 4 bedrooms for up to 8 people.

The villa is ideally located between the Gollandières beach and the Bois-Plage town centre with its shops.

The villa is comfortable, with a bright living room opening onto the wooden terrace and the pool.

The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the spacious living area.

Private parking for one car is available, and everything can be done on foot or by bike.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed x160 with en-suite shower room, the bedroom has direct access to the patio.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds x90 with en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3: 1 x 160 double bed with en-suite shower room

Bedroom 4: 1 x 140 double bed with en-suite shower room

2 separate WCs.

OUTSIDE :

To protect you from the sun, an electric awning is available on the terrace.

The house is non-smoking.

The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 29°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant holiday environment, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. With a passion for history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our house.

When you arrive, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.

Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

Tourist tax is not included.

« My family loved it! The pool was wonderful. The proximity to the beach and market worked out very well. Our arrival was Sunday and because of the delay in finding the lock box, the restaurant cancelled our reservation. We found an oyster vending machine and the pizza delivery with wine saved the day.
