Easy parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house.

This magnificent villa with a single storey is recent, functional and comfortable.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our little 30 km long island. Passionate about history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.

On your arrival we will give you a welcome guide with tips and advice on how to discover the Ile de Ré in the best conditions!

SERVICES INCLUDED :

The end of stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of linen for the beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and in optional outside theses months).

The handing over of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included (during our opening hours).

The tourist tax is not included.

« The house was spacious, comfortable and well laid out with everything required for a great stay. The pool was lovely and the garden furniture was plentiful and really comfy. We also liked the plancha barbecue and the beautiful olive tree. Il de Re is gorgeous, with lovely villages and beaches. The nearest village, Bois Plage, has a great (if pricey) market, a useful supermarket and some lovely cake and ice cream shops! Hiring bikes is a must - Re is covered in cycle paths and the little streets are perfect for cycling around. »
