The villa is bright and well equipped, the rooms are open to the outside.

Parking is possible in the free car park in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The entrance is composed of a corridor leading to a toilet and a wall cupboard.

The main room is composed of an open kitchen with bar, refrigerator with freezer, 4 gas plates, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, sink.

From the kitchen there is access to a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dining area: table and chairs, decorative fireplace and library.

Living room area: corner sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, TV with DVD player, the living room opens onto the pool area.

MASTER BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed, small storage space, en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC.

BEDROOM 2 : 1 bed 160x200 and chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 3 : 1 bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables, wall cupboard, the room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

The garden has a swimming pool area, a parasol, deckchairs and a dining area as well as a shower room with shower cubicle and WC.

The house is non-smoking.

The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

End of stay cleaning is included.

Rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen is included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The handing over of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

Tourist taxes are not included.
