The house is located very close to the centre of La Flotte, the shops and the beach.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room with large bay windows opening onto the terrace and pool.
Parking for two vehicles is available on the property, with a fast electric vehicle charging point.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x200) and en-suite shower room.
1 separate WC.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90x200 that can be joined together to form a double bed 160x200, with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed (160x200), with en-suite shower room.

Nespresso coffee machine.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 29°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
On your arrival, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice for discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.
Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
