La Centrale de l'Île de Ré offers you this comfortable house with a large living/dining room opening onto the wooden terrace, the garden and the heated swimming pool.

The villa is in a quiet location, with the option of parking a car in the secure, private garage.

Direct access to the cycle paths to Saint-Martin-de-Ré and La Cible beach (10 minutes by bike), the centre of La Flotte and the paths to Bois-Plage-en-Ré and La Couarde-sur-Mer.

GROUND FLOOR:

A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room.

Bedroom 1 MASTER: 1 double bed 160x200 with en-suite shower room.

1 separate WC.

ON THE FIRST FLOOR :

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x200

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200

Shower room with washbasin.

1 separate WC.

The house is non-smoking.

The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps in our pools are programmed to heat to 29°. The actual temperature of the water in our pools is also affected by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant holiday environment, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. You can do almost everything by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. With a passion for history, summer activities and food, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our house.

When you arrive, in addition to our welcome pack, we'll give you a welcome guide with useful tips and advice on discovering the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

SERVICES INCLUDED :

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.

Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The handover of the keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.

Tourist tax is not included.
